The Miss Clayton and Island Girl are available just for your group, small family gathering, class reunion, wedding, birthday, anniversary party, fundraiser, business outing or any special event you may have planned. Catering is available for your convenience or you may bring your own food and beverages on board, including beer & wine.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR TOUR TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS
For a special treat, you may want to make your event even more fun. You may choose one of suggestions below or come up with your own. Prices for these services will vary. Theme cruises are limited only by your imagination and can be arranged through our office. Some possibilities include: Wine & Cheese, Oldies Music Night, Ladies Night / Men’s Night (can be the same night on different boats), Karaoke, History, Comedy, Murder Mystery Cruise, plus many more!

We can extend or shorten your tour and have the flexibility to work with you for the best experience possible.

CHARTER ECO-TOURS are group trips that engage an entire boat (or both boats) for your club, class, Scout group, etc. Charters can be booked for any date or time from the beginning of May through the end of September based upon availability. We ask the following donations:

$400.00 per boat for groups / family events (49 - 57 participants MAX)
$500.00 per boat for a Combination Program (including shore side activity for up to 49 participants lasting up to four hours duration)

RESERVATION INFO

Reservations must be made at least two days before your trip and a 50% deposit is required. Payment in full before departure. Booking several weeks in advance will usually assure you the date & time you'd like to go.

IMPORTANT! PLEASE NOTE: A $200 non-refundable* deposit is now required when booking Charters.

*While non-refundable, deposits can be applied in full to re-schedule another Charter in the 2009 season if the date and time is available. Non-refundability does not apply to weather-related cancellations.

The balance of your deposit will only be refunded if you cancel your trip 7 Days or more before departure, or the Captain cancels a trip for any reason (usually poor weather conditions).

If you have a "rain date" in mind, be sure to let us know.

Rates are $200 per hour. You may bring food and beverages on board, including beer & wine.  Quotes will include positioning from Clayton to your location.
